Downtown Toronto is loosely bounded by Bloor Street (including areas slightly north of Bloor around Yonge Street) to the north, Lake Ontario to the south, the Don River to the east, and Bathurst Street to the west.
King/Queen West is an area bordered by Gardiner Expressway to the south, Dufferin Street to the west, Dundas Street West to the north, and Spadina Avenue to the east.
Etobicoke is bordered on the south by Lake Ontario, on the east by the Humber River, on the west by the city of Mississauga and directly next to the border Pearson International Airport, on the north by the city of Vaughan, and on the north west by the City of Brampton.
Midtown Toronto is an area of Toronto roughly defined as the area north of Bloor Street (south of which is Downtown Toronto) and south of Lawrence Avenue,(north of which is Uptown Toronto) The east and west borders are somewhat defined as Bayview Avenue to Marlee Avenue/Oakwood Avenue/Ossington Avenue. The centre of this area is Younge and Eglinton.
Toronto West is an area consisting of the portion of the City of Toronto bounded by Queen Street West, Spadina Avenue, Bloor Street West and Dovercourt Road.
Mississauga is bounded by Oakville and Milton to the west/southwest, Brampton to the north, Toronto to the east, and Lake Ontario to the to the south/south-east. Halton Hills borders Mississauga's north-west corner.
